What kind of things do you do in a US Navy boot camp? how can i be sucessful?

Running many miles.. many push ups.. many sit ups...

what else is there?

and do you have any advice for someone who is not atletic at all, can't run very long without getting out of breath and very tired (and asthma too) and has no upper or lower body strengh?
if i decide to join the navy, i have two years before doing so (i'm a sophomore girl in high school) and i would like any kind of advice!
even any advice to become more athletic would be great, i'm hardly passing gym class hahaha.
oh and i'm not overweight, i'm 5'5" and 113 pounds.
