| to get a charge of adultery to stick you have to have alot of proof...i know people who have been unjustly accused who got into more trouble than a person who was actually cheating on his spouse with another service members spouse....      |

| A Dishonorable Discharge is normal for a serious offense. Think on the lines of a felony charge in civilian life: Rape Murder Adultery/Carnal Knowledge might be a hard one... (no pun intended). Hopefully Shock and Awe will answer this one for you. |

| Probably the easiest way to explain it would be doing just about anything that will land you in jail in the civilian world. For a dishonorable discharge, it would have to be something like a felony. There are also a few things that would go against the code of conduct in the military. |
