Chance of being deployed while on navy reserve???

If you are fluent in Arabic and you just joined the navy reserve what are your chances for actually getting deployed to iraq or wherever. I am not scared, I just want to know , and how do they choose you from the reserve , is it as soon as you finish A school, they will be like " we know you are in reserve but you speak arabic and we need you in active now??" or will they let you know at least a week before???
I am a native arabic speaker, and no i am doing electonics in navy reserve, but it is in my folder any ways and that is why I wanted to know
