Air Force Reserve for 23 years old, senior in college?

So I am currently a senior at San Francisco State University, I will be graduating a year from now with a degree in accounting.

I am interested in joining air force reserve, I have heard they help you pay for school plus stipend money on the side monthly. I want to sign up for shortest term as possible, I understand that there will be a 8 year obligation that comes with it. What do you guys think of it? Would I be able to get the experience in accounting/finance field in military? military experience is a huge plus on resume to employer?

Any feedback would greatly be appreciated!
