U.S. Navy Question ABOUT BOOT CAMP?

If I contact the Recruiting Place where my fiance signed up at, will they give me his ADDRESS, SO THAT I CAN SEND HIM LETTERS AND PICTURES, BECAUSE I KNOW THERE IS NOBODY ELSE THAT IS GOING TO WRITE HIM

AND I KNOW THEY WRITE LETTERS ON SUNDAYS DURING THEIR FREE TIME, BUT WHAT ABOUT DURING PROCESSING WEEK (P-DAYS), DO THEY STILL GET TO WRITE ON SUNDAYS DURING THIS WEEK?

I REALLY MISS HIM AND I LOVE HIM SO MUCH AND I HAVE TALKED TO HIM THE FIRST NIGHT I GOT A SHORT 12 SECOND PHONE CALL LOL
