how difficult to go from enlisted to officer in the navy?

I am currently going to be enlisted, but will finish my degree far before my enlistment is up, dont' have much mroe to do, hwo difficult is it to go to OCS while enlisted, ro will I have to wait till my 5 year enlistment is up? will being enlisted prior help me to get into OCS if i have an outstanding record?

i've decided i plan to make a career out of the navy, as long as I can become an officer basically before 30, i'm going in now at 23 and have about a year of full time school to finish my degree, i have it worked otu that in two years i shoudl be done, i'm going in as an air trafic controller or nuke, not sure which yet but i qualified for both, shoudl i pick somethign else if i want to be an officer?
