The funding debates rage on Capitol Hill – and the people programs are often the first to get sacrificed. FRA has the experience, the history, and the connections; but there is no substitute for large numbers of constituents contacting their elected officials at the right time with the right information and with the right message. Use of FRA’s Legislative Action Center at www.fra.org and this booklet will assist you to communicate in a quick and effective manner.
