Air Force Enlisted to Officer programs: Need help?

I want to know how possible it is to get into these Enlisted to Officer comissioning programs. I am very interested and want to know what I can do to better qualify myself for these. Does prior GPA/High School grades come into play at all?

Im talking about the AECP and ASCP. Anyone know the acceptance rates for these and how to get in? Thank you very much for any info you might have.
