navy AC become a navy seal? how does it work?

I'm going into the navy as an AC, but my ultimate goal is to keep getting in shape and eventually do my best and apply for seal. can i do that as an AC? do the seals have any kind of combat controller equivalent?

how long are you a seal once in? is there a contract, is it volunteer or what.

Check their website as it will have accepted rates they will take into BUD/S.

If you graduate BUD/S, spend 6 months on a team and earn your Trident, you will on the teams until the end of that enlistment... if then get a specialty school (with an NEC)... you will be able to reenlist and qualify for any bonuses they offer.

I will tell you this... if you take a "C" school for your rate... you're not going to BUD/S for a minimum of 2 years IF theylet you go at all... by they, I mean your command and detailer.
