Did you hear about the 3 sailors in Norfolk, Virginia?

No, and you probably won't see a thing in the national media outside of S.E. Virginia. Why? Because they did nothing BAD. They "ONLY" rescued another sailor from a possible drowning. I guess to get national attention you have to get terrorists to strip naked and make them build a pyramid with their bodies and take photos of them while they wear their 'skivvies' over their heads (a college fraternity initiation prank) or do something equally silly.
The young men in the article are indicative of MOST of our miiltary men and women. Our military men and women are trained to react to emergency situations.

As far as GOTAL's 'HA' comment, that was LOCAL NEWS in Michigan. Guess who is from Michigan? The motorcyclist, Davis, from Grand Rapids. That's not NATIONAL news, that's LOCAL MICHIGAN news. Wait till someone in 4 Corners, Montana sees it on NATIONAL NEWS. That will never happen.
