| Military (specifically Navy) question for those IN THE NAVY!?
So we all know what fraternization is.. But what if instead of giving one person special treatment, a senior gave all people privilages and rights EXCEPT for one person? There is no discipline issues with the one person, no mission requirements that conflict with the request. Here's an example, if I'm not being clear with my question. If 5 people in a division were to put in the exact same special request chits through-out a year, and 4 of those 5 were always approved and 1 would always be denied, is there some sort of rule against that? It's a really strange situation I have never seen before in all my years in the military!
I agree, yet this person is a top performer. And it's not just requests - it's having a different set of rules. And it is a very different sort of command, the CPO is the highest military person.
But I was only wondering if there was any sort of rule that doesn't allow a senior to treat one person different in a negative way, like there is a rule against treating one person favorably. I guess there isn't!
