Yes I have. There is one that is behind the Carnegie Museum in Pittsburgh. It doesn't go under, but you can walk through it and I found it quite confining. Plus it smelled of oil.

I work on a 688 Class SSN, the deepest I have gone is over 800', the actual dpeth is classified.

Ditto what submariner 1 said. The US Navy does not admit to any of their subs going deeper than 800 feet. I have been stationed on Sturgeon and Los Angeles class subs.
