Post Please Send a Get Well Card.

Update:
Jack was discharged from the hospital shortly after I sent my last
message (Thursday afternoon) and is now home resting. He looks a bit "peaked" but is in good spirits. I am sure that he would still like to receive the occasional card from his many friends!

===========================
One of Jack Metcalf's stents clogged so he is back in St Mary's
Hospital and thus far they have been unsuccessful at clearing it. The phone number for his room is 608-259-3323, but I was unable to reach him there this afternoon. That is all the information I have about him at this
moment. Patient Information at St Mary's is 608-251-6100. I am sure that he would appreciate cards sent to his home

413 E Madison St, Dodgeville 53533.

Jack is a very long time member of Dodgeville Lodge 119.
