MESSAGE FROM THE
EAST…

I hope that everybody has had
a safe and happy winter.
Hopefully the cold weather is
over and we can once again
begin enjoying those outdoor
activities soon.
I would like to thank all of
the officers and members
who came out to support our
lodge at our annual
inspection. I think the
candidate received a fine
degree that I knew only New
Holland could do.
Inspection season is almost
over here in the Super 8

th

Masonic District. It has been
good to see those of you who
have been out there
representing our great lodge.
We still have 2 inspections
left they are at Wilmington
and Dalton Lodge on March
17

th. Times are 3:00 and 7:30
respectively with a dinner in
between. If any of you would
like to attend please let me
know. The more that can go
the better.
The Grand Master’s reception
is coming up this Saturday,
March 10, at the Roberts’s
Center. Tickets are $20 each
and I do have some available.
Please let me know if you
would like to attend.

Grand Master’s One Day Class

This year the Grand Master has
exercised his right to have a One Day
Class. This makes a good opportunity
for somebody who does not have time
to go through the traditional way to join
our great fraternity. The date of the
class is March 31, 2007 at the Greene
County Fairgrounds. If you know of
somebody who fits this category please
get the petition to the Lodge by
Thursday to meet the cut-off date. Also
if you would like to join the York Rite,
they will be putting on the Mark Master
degree that day also. Petitions may be
picked up at the one day class

Donations Needed for Lodge Safe

New Holland Lodge is fortunate to
have almost all of the minutes from the
very first meeting to the present, but we
have no way of keeping them safe from
fire. We are looking to purchase a fire
proof safe to store them in and we
would like to purchase it from
donations and not dip into the Lodge’s
savings. Please take consideration of
this and if possible make a worthwhile
donation, or if you have something
available, that might fit the bill, that
you no longer have a need for…
