Xbox 360 optical drive,HELP please?

about two days ago my 360 was giveing me a white screen so my brother opened it ( I dident like the idea but the warranty was up,but i still dident like the idea) so he opens it and tells me that the laser needs to be focused he trys that and it dosent work so he looks at the drive and when we start up the 360 the Game dosent spin so now he wants to buy a new optical drive for it.Is it possible for us to get a new optical drive cuse i dont have enough money to buy a new one and theres alot of games comeing out soon that i really want to play so any help would be appreciated Thank you for your time.
