EXTREME toothache pain, please help!?

Thursday I went to the dentist to find out a broken tooth of mine was absessed. He put me on Clindamycin. I was hoping things would get better as the medicine kicked in but there hasn't been any change. What are some things I can do to help subside this pain?? I can't eat, sleep, or even study for college exams.

I've used mountain dew on the area (the caffeine helps temporarily, but it has to be repeated), ice pack, swishing whiskey (worked, but i ran otu), and swishing warm salt water). Each has provided some relief but it constantly returns and is just getting worse. My face is wollen! I can't take ibuprogen or place an aspirin on the tooth b/c I am on coumadin. Also, due to this I have to go to an oral surgeon and they couldn't get me in until April 21st. I CANT stand this that long. Someone please help me....I don't know what else to do.
