Migraines , dilated pupils, pain pain pain?

Hi , I get them around 1 a month , I have been under a specialist and diaried everything but there was no pattern after doing this for a year. I can't take usual meds as one I was on Deseril 1mg tablet a day shut my arteries down , so I have had everything, pethedine knocks me out for about 6 hours but the migraine is still there , they usually last about 72hours. My pupils dilate and the pain is generally from the right sholder muscle up to my right eye and temple area. My right eye often weeps during and for a couple of days after. Any suggestions I currently take OTC voltaren 25mg and tramadol which is a non opioid synthetic pain killer. This only takes the edge off the pain.

take two excedrin extra strenth migraine lay down block out sound and light good luck and make sure you can take this ask your doctor

If you watch tv or go on the computer and don't get out much then that might be the problem, if watching tv or on the computer then always have a light on so it doesn't hurt your pupils!
