| neck pain please help?
Today not to long ago i was browsing on the computer and then i dont know what happened i turned my neck to the right and i felt pain. I do not know anything in the medical area but im afraid it might be a disk in the neck the pain made it feel like i needed to crack my neck to make it feel better i know that would not help but i did it anyway (i know im an idiot for trying that) who knows it might be a minor thing the pain isnt bad but im afraid it could be somthing serious but i dont think that a disk would appear out of the blue im 19 years old if that helps THANK YOU (please tell me more than to see a docter)
