...four years ago.? I either leave as it is and only take much water or orally i take Glucosamine Sulphate three times a day in caplet forms. It relieved me but soonest I am done taking that, the pain and tightness over the effected shoulder comes back again. Are there other alternatives to offer a cure to this problem? Please help. Don't suggest me to see a Dr or anyone close to those people. I hate the medications they prescribed; they hurt my tummy and make me dizzy. Oh no, not even those smelly rub...I hate the smell n it stinks too over your skin. Again is there anyone out there who could help me with this problem. If you do, I appreciate it and it will also help others with similar problem. Thanks all!
