| Childbirth and Pain Med Alternatives... need some answers! Need mom's to...
...answer is possible =)? Ok, I'm not pregnant and don't plan on starting for a while...I was just looking through info on c section vs natural births and what not. I'm not really interested in an epidural, but I think I am in IV pain meds during labor, only problem I have found is that I am allergic to Nubain, Demerol, and Morphine and those are the most common meds I have found that they use. Does anyone know what other meds that might be used during labor and delivery? And what exactly is the medication in an epidural? I'm a planner when it comes to things and I just want to be totally ready before my husband and I would start a family. Any answers would be a big help! Thanks guys!
