Pain on my right side?

I have had pain on my right side. I have had two cyst removed before the size of softballs, and I am worried about scar tissue. I have had a CT - nothing showed up, had an xray - nothing showed up and two ultrasounds - nothing again. I cannot even stand up straight without having pain. How can they tell if I have built up scar tissue?
