I have stomach pain!?

I felt sick the other night and i put my fingers down my troat to make my self be sick. i did this then i had been ok i went back to bed but when i woke up i had this pain in my lower abdoman feels like when you pull a muscle and it hurts but i dont no what it could be... only had this pàin for a day now and doesnt seem to be getting worse. but then again not better either hot water bottles seem to help. when lying down but if any1 has had similar experiance please help just feels like a muscle strain but could it be more?
