stomach & chest pain, any idea?

First off, yes I plan on seeing a doctor, I was just wondering if someone could give me an idea of what I'm looking at here.

Lately I've been getting stomach aches so bad that I can't sleep and barely focus on anything but the pain. This isn't while I am laying down or anything and it is hours before I even plan on going to bed, but they last into the night, and I find myself lacking sleep. I feel they are tied to some kind of acid reflux considering the nights I do not eat after 5pm I don't seem to experience any problems. Though today is the only day I didn't eat since about 3pm because I can't stand the pain anymore.

About an hour after my last stomach ache passed I've been having a faint/dull pain in my upper left chest area, which has lasted for 24+ hours now.

Do you think I might have a stomach ulcer? or GERD or could it be a lot worse then that? any help is appreciated!!
