| Running on concrete and shin pain? I've been running about 3 miles long distance on concrete that has a lot of uphill and downhill for everyday now. But now, my shin and the bones around it are hurting. I warm up for about 2 minutes. I don't know why I'm feeling this. How can I eliminate this in the future?      |
