i recently got treated for chlaymydia..and now i have frequent urination

and back pain..is this a UTI? i feel that the back pain is lower and on both sides, and bloody painful..i keep needing to pee even though i hardly drink anything, and i get a weird rumbling sound from my left side (i onli have one kidney ), so im thinkin UTI, kidney problem?
is tihs from chalymydia?
can someone please help
