I feel pain in my penis after first sex?

I feel pain when I pull back the foreskin of my penis n also when I put it inside my girl friend's vagina without condom.It started happening after I had my first sex. I also feel senstitive when I touch my pulled back part of penis.Please suggest me if it's normal or I should consult some doctor.Would be very grateful to u all.
