My upper leg is in pain?

Yesterday I caught this pain in my upper leg that sort of feels like a charlie horse. My muscles in the leg is all stiff and tightened and if I stretch a little far it kind of hurts.

How do you get this pain to go away, because next week I would like to run for my track meet and not have to struggle.
