| Pain under my arm along the bone when I put something down. What is this?
Whenever I lift something and put it back down or twist (like a doorknob) I get a quick shooting pain along the underside of my arm along the bone. There isn't any swelling or anything and it only hurts when I do something. I can't really got to a doctor at the moment and I need my arm 100% in less then a week. What can I do?      |

good old ice should help it, but you may have pulled a muscle (should go in a few days) or done some minor bone damage (probably nothing signifiacant) You should visit a doctor anyway for an x-ray if ur concerned
