| Is there any cure for Polymyalgia Rheumatica. If you have pain across your
shoulders all day what can you do? Is there alternatives to taking steroids

Steroids are the last resort for this. Have you tried having a massage with infra-red light? If applied regularly, 3x a week for about 30 min., it should give you some relieve. Hope you feel better soon. *..* |
