im in a better mood now ..ive just come to realize that him causing me the pain now..saved me from more pain later..

Well, I don't know if it helps. I got hurt deeply by my teenage daughter (she's verbally abusive) and it turned to anger because I guess I was mad that she hurt me. People hate to be hurt and anger about it is a normal response. The worst is the hurt, to anger, to hate response. I love your response to tell them to go F themselves. I want to tell her that so bad. She's living with grandma now. Peace at last. I hate being angry and that's when I'm the most pssst. I get so angry about feeling angry.
