really really bad abnominal pains all today?

i'm just finnishing my period
and three times today i got these really sharp pains in my stomach

the pain was so bad i was nearly sick and both times i had to rush out of class to go to the toilet for bad diaoriah (sorry about spelling)
now i feel really tired and have no apptite
i have had period pain before but this is just bad

on the second time i had to sit down because i thought i was going to faint

should i just take asprin doctors isnt really an opption coz my mum never really lisens to me she'll think its just a way to get out of going to school so yeah
i have eaten breakfast and lunch though

i have experienced same pain...you did not mention if you have heavy bleeding ..well if you have heavy bleeding the pain can be that big blood clots are coming down ...aspirin is strongly not suggested because aspirin is a blood thinner ..and it will make you bleed more ...try Advil (the brown round one) to me they are excellent for menstrual pain....also if pain continues after Advil ..then i suggest go to the doctor you might have infection in your tubes called pid...good luck..and hope you feeling better..
