Pain in and around my right shoulder/chest are, could this be a muscle tear or worse?

So recently i've been doing pull ups and those "perfect push ups" which have you twist arms outward...Anyhow I was playing basketball yesterday, took a shot, and with ZERO contact it felt like my muscle stretched, sort of like when you rip a piece of french bread and you can feel the bread being pulled before it rips in half...Well I had the pull but no rip...So I iced it last night and have been taking advil...Any additional advice or timeline for when the soreness/pain will subside?

It could be a muscle tear or worse. It might not be either. It could be a heart problem, who knows, except a doctor maybe..If you are still in pain tomorrow it is time to make an appt to your friendly general practioner, and have a check-up
