| I have ddd throughout my spine and have tried all non-surgical forms of...
...pain management. Any new options now? I have had pool therapy, chronic pain management, pt, biofeedback, TENS, and any other nonsurgical management that I have heard of. It has been recommended to have an implantable morphine pump. Is this a safe option? My surgeon has tried everything and left me with the only option of a total spine fusion. I am 46 years old and have been holding off on this for 4 years. My surgeon is not pushing the surgery, but it is my only option left. I have had MRI's, discograms, injections, with no pain relief.
