paracetamol, aspirin etc ibuprofen is probably the best. its a horrible feeling and ive been there, feels like your teeth are getting ripped out! i had to suck everything for like 10 minutes because i couldnt chew, so soft foods are a good idea, my fav. at that time was mashed potato with stuff put through it like cheese, tuna, anything really! good luck....remember, your teeth are gonna look fab when your finished! |

I went through pleanty of this lol! If you take a panadol and cut up your food, it makes it alot easier. Eat on the section of the mouth that has had the least work done to it (usually the back teeth) and dont bite anything off using the front teeth. When you wake up in the morning, the side that you slept on will probebly be sore, but the rest of the pain and swelling should of eased down. And in a few days your teeth should only feel a little pressure and then after that they will feel normal again. Good luck! |
