Pain in foot?

I've had pain in my right foot for a couple weeks now. It is located at the back of the arch, on the inside of my foot, right in front of the bally/heel part. After I've been sitting, I limp when I walk on it because it doesn't flex easily.

But yesterday I started getting sharp, shooting pain in it while sitting, that would just come & go.

I'm most comfortable when I take my shoes off, but it still hurts. Do you know what this is?
