both of my ankles are in intense pain.?

i play baseball with boys and i got hit in the ankle sunday..nothing was right with that ankle since (i know its just wednesday)then sunday i was sliding back to the bag and i twisted my other ankle.all day monday my ankles were fine when i walked but anytime id attmept to run i'd want to cry.last night i had baseball practice and we ran the entire time...i got home and iced my ankles but this morning i can barely even walk.what should i do?? should i wear likean ankle brace or what????
