| Terrible back pain!?
Please, if you can help me with some theory's I would appreciate it. I was sitting down earlier today, feeling fine and when I got up I felt a strong pain in my back that kind of nocked the air out of me. It feels tight at times, almost like someone is squeezing me. It has been hurting since and mostly hurts when I walk. I have been eating a little more fiber latley but I'm not sure if gas can hurt this much. Any idea of what it could be?
