Kidney pain?

I've been having vague abdominal pains for a while, and the doc sent me for an ultrasound which I had done yesterday.

During the ultrasound the examiner said I had a lot of pain around my kidney area, especially on the left. It was really painful when she was pushing in around the area with the ultrasound thingy. She asked if I'd had any renal infections, but I havnt.

Ever since, I've been getting throbbing pains on both of my flank side, sometimes and the back and abdomen near the kidney area. The pains dont come very often but theyre noticable.

I'm getting the results back tomorrow.

What can I expect? I have no burning pain when urination, however my sides dont pee when I need to.
I'be been peeing only clear lately no yellow, but its not painful.


Why would a 13 going on 14 year old female have kidney pain?
What can I expect from the results?
