When I had sex for the first time I bled for 5 days afterwards. And it was not my period.
Turns out it was a torn membrane that I just had to let heal on it's own.
You may want to go to the doctor to double check though. If it gets worse definitely go.

No, it is not normal! It's normal to bleed the first time when your Hymen breaks, but that is a very small amount of blood like a tablespoon or so. If the sex was rough, or it hurt you during the act, you might have got abrasions or bruising from it that would cause you to bleed a little (more like spotting for a few days). If the bleeding is heavy, and it's not your normal period then you need to see a doctor ASAP because something might have ruptured like a cyst. Are you having any pain still? If the pain or bleeding is bad get to the doctor now.
