Breastfeeding pain???

I have a pain in one breast sometimes when I move. Feels like I've been running without a bra on (which I haven't). No sore or tender spots, no lumps or bumps, no redness, does not increase or decrease with nursing or any other symptom. Any ideas????
It isn't really painful. More uncomfortable, but has been happening pretty consistently for about 24 hrs. No engorgement.

If it really painful I would go to the docs to get it checked, because it might be something that has nothing to do with the breastfeeding.
Im breastfeeding and sometimes I get odd pain, I believe its just the milk building up, and nothing to worry about.

As milk produces and your breasts become engorged and you have let-down, they will feel different from time to time. As long as your baby is getting milk and you don't think one of your ducts is clogged you should be fine.

Mine are the same way, nothing really helps.

They could be engorged, or it could just be sore, its a lot of work to produce milk, and just like any muscle, your breasts can get sore from too much work too. Try using some cool cloths to help with the pain.

Happened with me too.. It turned out that i was overworking that side.. So my Gyn asked me to cover it with a warm washcloth while showering & do the same for 2 - 3 times 5 minutes per time everyday. I would also suggest you to call up your Gyn & get it chked if it is troubling a lot.. Hope this helps
