...neck or behind my eyes....? It's strange because i only seem to get them when i am at one house (we are in between moving so stay at parent in laws alot!) The pain is a dull ache but throbs. It is usually in my kneck or behind my eyes and it happens very regularly! I feel very tired and can hardly do anything! We spent the weekend with family in law and whilst staying there, i had no symptoms at all but one night back at this house and i woke up with headache again! I am under a fair amount of stress at the moment but even when i haven't been under any amount of stress it still seems to happen! Any body got any ideas as to what could be the cause of this problem and how to fix it? could it be caused by a bad nights sleep? i don't sleep too well in the bed at this house? but the headaches last from first getting up to when i go to bed!!!!!!

it can be that the air is too dry and your sinus are jammed up, or the no good sleep thing, or maybe the house has mold. or the company. investigate all sources.

Lighting.. maybe you need windows or brighter white lights?
