You might be growing in your upper chest area. If these pains are getting worse and continue, see a doctor and they'll know what to do. Although it may seem embarassing to walk up to your doctor and say you have sore nipples, or worse yet have your mom or dad do it, at least they can find out if anything is wrong and if there is something wrong, they can probably fix it.

oh and by the way, i know it is a weird feeling sometimes that you want to touch your breasts or see how big they are, try and avoid touching your nipples. if something is wrong with them, your probably not helping it.

maybe you are planning to make baby..and it all comes out in my findings that it is overuse...ask your hubby not to touch it until its ok..
