Testicle pain from rolling over!?

Hi. This morning I was laying on my back in bed. I rolled over onto my side and felt a twinge in my right testicle. I left it for a minute but realised the testicle itself had started to go hard and sort of 'risen' to the top of the sack. So quite a big higher than the other. (the testicle people, not penis!). Basically, whereas on the left I could only feel the testicle a bit inside the sack, I could near enough feel the ball completely, as it was very prominant. I had quite bad pain for about an hour and a half, about 5/10 for pain (I DO have a really low pain threshold though). I was really worried so shaking quite a bit, after a while I managed to stop myself shaking and relaxed, at which it almost instantly went back to normal and I have had no problems whatsoever with it since. Other than very very slight swelling.

Anyone experienced anything like this? I'll check it out with my Dr anyway but I think I'm just being really cautious. Cheers!
