Tender pains in my back? Kidneys?

The pain is right where my kidneys are its a very sharp tender pain ( if that makes sense! lol ) on and off. Almost makes me sick but not noticably yet. anyways, it has been happening on and off for the past couple weeks.

I have had kidney problems in the past, infections and even septosemia. ( I went into ceptic shock)

any suggestions?

Oh and if this has anything to do with it my two lowest ribs hurt very bad too.
