Uterus Pain/Headache/Chills?

I have a stabbing pain in the left side of my uterus, it tends to come and go every couple of hours. It feels swollen compared to the other side. I've had this pain for a week, but it is now that i feel like it is a sharp stabbing pain. I have chills, and a headache on the left side of my head. What could this possibly be?

i would go to the doctor it could be a tubal pregnancy or enemestriosis...or a ruptered ovarian cysts either way i would get to the doctor.
