Are braces worth the pain!?!?

Does anyone else have braces out there?

I get them off in 3 months
im so excited.

but they really hurt me and i have so many blisters!!!

is it worth the pain for the movie star smile?

You get it if you need and by getting it, you must support the pain...feel the pain.

defiantly lucky you I've got braces but mine are coming off in 18 months then i still have to have a retainer if it's any consolation I've got lots of cuts and blisters in my mouth coz of them.

ive underwent so much dental work
i had a massive overbite, permanent stains on my two front teeth due to a fever when they were first developing, and crooked teeth
it started by having only my 4 front teeth straightened. i got that off and had a break to see how everything else developed.
i got my two fittings of retainers (it would pull my bottom jaw forward so it would bring out my bite). i could fit my thumb between my bottom set and top set of teeth since the overbite was so bad.
every day i would wake up with horrible jaw pains and every week, we had to tighten and tighten it, it sure hurt,
when my overbite was gone, i got my full mouth of metal. i had that in for a year. i played the french horn in band and it would cut my mouth open so the pain was horrible.
after a year, im metal-free, only having to wear a clear retainer at night and a metal retainer on my bottom for life. it was worth it
i eventually got my teeth whitened and my smile is amazing. it was worth it. totally. the pain is worth it.

Yes its worth it.. good teeth is part of good oral hygiene. Your lucky.
