HELP, pain on the bottom right side of my body (near bottom of ribs)?

HELP, pain on the bottom right side of my body (near bottom of ribs)?

I don't know what it could be!, i fell yesterday, but i fell right on my tailbone, not on my side, i kinda feels like a muscle pain, but i didn't do anything to pull a muscle, i just woke up today and its been hurting since.
I drink tea and soda ALOT to, could it be from that?
When i push on it, it hurts worse.
