Sharp pain on left side of the chest?

I was eating some noodles then had a yogurt.
I ran around the basement for like 10 minutes and did 10 minutes of curl ups. When i stood up after the curl ups i had this SHARP pain on the chest ( kinda in the middle towards the left side) . It was temporary.

Does this pain have anything to do with exercising after eating?

Could this be affecting my heart?

Im 14 years old.
