Pain in kidney area gets worse at nightime very extreme pain at night but no...

...little pain? Hi hope someone can help.

? go to aerobics classes three times a week and am starting to be more careful what i eat veg salad protein etc but started having less bread.

? am quite fit 52kilos and 5ft 02 inc.

One day after aerobics i ate lunch and started having bad cramp like pains in my stomach like period pains but as i only had my period 2 weeks ago so it couldnt be that i taught. On i went do everything normal then i started going to the wee too ofter and my bowel movements had gone from being regular everyday to every two days.

Over the two days i started going to wee so often had abdominal cramps and pains in kidney area so i went to doctor as i taught i have had urine inftections before maybe its that.

Doctor done urine test and said everything is normal and am very healthy i explained the pains that come and go and that my bowel movements are slow than normal he told me i was constipated and gave me laxitives. However last night i got excrutiating pain in kidney
