| Any pain medications for fibro?
I would like to stop with the consistant narcodic medications for this however, I have tried the excercise slightly and stretch and it has made me feel like my knees and just below the hips would shatter. I have not been medically cleared to do anything except water "stretching" and not much of that either. I have abdominal issues so cannot take anything with alot of tylonal, anti-inflamatories, or muscle relaxers because of abdominal bleeding. I am on Oxycodone 10mg w/ no acedamenophine. I need help finding something to help with pain but non narcotic. I'm too young to be on these so long
